Spinnaker runs two, fully-automated SMT lines, with three Phillips pick-and-place machines and two Vitronics ovens for lead-free and lead procesess.
Spinnaker's team builds low- to high-volume SMT and mixed through-hole technology boards by automating our processes. All jobs start with material, and if not customer supplied, our material quoting department will operate under your sole direction to lower lead-times and price, while never deviating from your BOM or approved equivalents. Once your parts are located and procured, we inspect, and take full responsibility for the management of your material and builds.
At build, we run two processes; PB and PB Free. We have multiple pick and place machines, automated screen printers and automated optical inspection equipment. We place parts as small as 0201, fine pitch devices, BGA's and have the ability to QC them.
