- Cable assemblies
- We build sub-level cable systems competitively and locally to customer prints.
- Printed Circuit Boards
- We run two PC Board build processes: PB and PB Free. We have multiple pick and place machines, automated screen printers and automated optical inspection equipment. We place parts as small as 0201, fine pitch devices and BGA's, and have the ability to QC them.
- Box-builds/Final Assembly
- Wireless infrastructure, RF, commercial, government, aerospace, instrumentation and medical and semiconductor markets all use our final assembly system. Many customers actually prefer we ship our final assemblies to their end customer.
- Complex system integration and testing
- Let Spinnaker use our team and capital equipment to test your products. Spinnaker invests heavily in automation and personnel, but we also invest in test.
