We have the tooling and applicators to build cables and harnesses at extremely competitive prices. Constantly investing in new tooling, we build sub-level cable systems competitively and locally to customer prints.
Spinnaker runs two processes in cables as well, PB and PB-Free – whatever you require, Spinnaker will meet, and seeks to exceed those expectations. We cut and strip with automation, terminate with Amp, Molex, Hirose and other automated applicators, and of course, we test.
Similar to boards and final assembly, we build in quality with tested cables. High pot, Continuity, point-2-point, and whatever it takes to ensure that our cables are built to print and pass test.
